naardriefasen.nl handles your personal data with care. In this statement you can read — in plain language — which data we collect, what we use it for and which rights you have under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
1. Who are we?
This website is operated by naardriefasen.nl. For all questions about your data you can reach us at info@naardriefasen.nl.
2. Which data do we collect?
If you request a price estimate through our website, we process the data you enter yourself: your name, e-mail address and address details (postal code and house number), and optionally your phone number, additional notes and a photo of your meter cupboard. If you only visit the website, we collect no personal data beyond the cookies described below.
3. What do we use your data for?
We use your data to prepare a personal price estimate and send it to you by e-mail, and to follow up on your request if you respond. We use your address details to determine which grid operator serves your region. We do not use your data for other purposes.
4. On which legal basis?
We process your data based on your consent: you request a price estimate yourself and confirm that we may e-mail you. You can withdraw that consent at any time by unsubscribing or e-mailing us.
5. Who do we share your data with?
If you accept a quote, we share the data necessary for carrying out the work (name, address, contact details and information about your meter cupboard) with our installation partner, so the work can be scheduled and performed. We never sell your data to third parties and do not share it for others' marketing purposes.
6. Cookies and statistics
On your first visit we ask your consent for cookies. Only after your consent do we place cookies for statistics and advertising (Google Analytics, Google Ads and the Meta pixel). If you decline, the website works fully as normal — no marketing cookies are placed. You can revisit your choice at any time by clearing this site's cookies.
7. How long do we keep your data?
We keep request data as long as needed to handle your request and for a maximum of two years afterwards, unless a customer relationship arises — in which case the statutory (tax) retention periods apply. After that we delete your data.
8. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, and to withdraw your consent. To do so, send an e-mail to info@naardriefasen.nl — we respond within a few business days. If you're not satisfied with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
9. Unsubscribing from e-mail
Receiving e-mails from us and no longer want to? Every e-mail contains an unsubscribe option, and a short message to info@naardriefasen.nl works too. After unsubscribing you will no longer receive messages from us.
